Thank you for choosing us to support your child’s journey. Please note the following when booking your appointment:

Pre-payment is required to confirm all appointments.
New patients must book an Initial Assessment to allow us to fully understand your child’s needs.
You will need access to an active email address to verify your identity during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy
Thrive Children’s Physiotherapy operates a 24 hour cancellation policy where you will be charged 100% of the price of the service if you cancel within less than 24 hours’ notice. In the event that you do not attend your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change your appointment and we will happily accommodate.
